It was a momentous occasion when H-E-B finally broke ground and opened in North Texas.
Now, we are free to shop at one of the best grocery stores at our convenience. Well, not just one of the best, THE best.
For the third year in a row, H-E-B was named the No. 1 grocery store in the nation, in a new report from UK-based customer data science firm dunnhumby. H-E-B beat out Amazon, Costco, Target, and Trader Joe's to secure the top spot.
According to CBS News, H-E-B scored high due to their "superior ability to deliver a combination of better savings and better experience/assortment, supported by time savings through superior digital capabilities."
H-E-B ranked No. 7 when it came to quality and No. 10 when it came to price.
