Most of us loved the movie Doctor Doolittle growing up, right?  Whether it was the 1967 film with Rex Harrison, or the 1998 version starring Eddie Murphy, having the ability to talk to animals seems like a power all of us would like to have.

Apparently, it's a power that a North Texas woman does seem to have.

Sandra Larson of Anna is an "animal whisperer," and she helps families across North Texas communicate with their pets to better understand their needs.

Larson told Texas Monthly, "I make it clear that I'm not a vet, so I don't prescribe or diagnose. The way it works is I send the animal love, ask its permission to talk, and then receive its messages. I invite the animals to show me where they feel pain."

Larson made her unique skill a full-time job when she moved to Texas in 2006, serving as an Animal Communicator and Intuitive Life Coach.
