21 Jump Street was an amazing show turned movie, but just like most things we see on the silver screen, it just doesn't happen like that in real life.
However, that didn't stop 20-year-old Triston Moses and 19-year-old Kierre Trenton, who were recently arrested after the pair tampered with government records, posed as students, and enrolled at Crowley High School.
It is unclear what the two's goals were after enrolling in the school. In a letter addressed to parents, Crowley ISD officials say they took quick action to remove the men from school property.
Per WFAA, the letter read, "I want to assure you that we took immediate and decisive action as soon as we became aware of this situation. The safety and well-being of our students and staff are our top priorities.
Crowley ISD Superintendent Michael McFarland said in the letter, "I want to commend our staff for responding quickly to this situation. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and accountability in all aspects of our educational system."
Crowley ISD said it is fully cooperating with law enforcement in the investigation, and added that it has stringent enrollment processes in place to verify the authenticity of documents and accuracy of information provided by students and families.
