With all that's occured in 2020, it's nice to hear a story about communities taking care of one another. That's exactly what happened at a Dairy Queen in Brainerd, Minnesota.

According to the restaurant manager Tina Jensen, it all started after one man offered to pay for the car behind him in the drive-thru line, reported CNN.

When the recipient pulled up to the window and was told her meal had already been covered, she decided to pass along the random act of kindness.

As each customer was informed of the previous driver's good deed, they all wanted to pay it forward. This led to a chain of 900 vehicles spreading love.

While Jensen said this has happened before with about 15 or 20 cars, she had never seen it expand to this magnitude.

Jensen said when it was time to close the eatery that evening, the final customer "donated" money for the first person who came by the nexg morning. Ultimately, the link of Good Samaritans lasted over two and a half days and brought in more $10,000 in sales.

"There's all different types of ways to help people," Jensen said. "I think this touched a lot of people that we didn't even know it touched, deeper than we know. And you don't know what's going on in a person's life."
