The Civic Center BART station in downtown San Francisco closed Wednesday afternoon for under an hour because of flooding on the platform.
BART officials say an issue on the San Francisco MUNI platform caused water to leak onto the BART platform, which is located below. The transit agency first issued an advisory at 2:49 p.m. and said the station reopened at 3:25 p.m.
MUNI engineers and BART personnel were working to fix the leak.
