At the Contra Costa County Clerk's Office in Martinez, there were couples who had nothing to fear when they tied the knot Thursday.
The ghosts and spiderwebs that decorated the clerk's office didn't scare off souls who vowed to remain together.
One bride told KCBS Radio that Halloween is her favorite holiday and "I'm kind of a dark person," so this was an ideal day to get hitched.
