A suspect was busted for stabbing a passenger riding on BART Friday morning, police said.
Police used a taser on the alleged attacker who cut a woman's hand with a box cutter and resisted officers orders, according to BART spokesman Chris Filippi.
"An adult female on the train suffered a cut to her left hand," said Filippi. "Her injury is not expected to be life threatening and she is receiving treatment for it."
After using the Taser, officers put the suspect into restraints to take him into custody. He's expected to undergo an psychological evaluation.
