Diridon Station was reopened and mass transit service was being restored after a closure Tuesday morning due to a bomb threat.

Diridon Station had been sealed and searched for about an hour after authorities received the threat to the San Jose train station.

The closure had been affecting Caltrain, the ACE train, Amtrak and Capitol Corridor service as well as the VTA and Highway 17 Express service.

"All of us were waiting and they weren't really actually saying what was going on, just the trains would be going through Santa Clara," said a woman named Bevin who was trying to catch a Caltrain.
