A Stanford student who died in a frat house on campus last month overdosed on fentanyl, according to the Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Office.

Undergraduate Eitan Weiner, 19, was found dead on Jan. 17 in the Theta Delta Chi fraternity house.

The San Francisco Chronicle reports that the medical examiner ruled the death an accident due to fentanyl.

Sheriff’s officials said investigators are still looking into all possibilities and are working closely with Stanford officials.

Weiner, a sophomore studying history, was the son of a Stanford professor and associate vice president.
