Two suspects were arrested Thursday for the mass shooting in Orinda on Halloween that claimed five lives, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives announced.
A gun seized in the raid has been linked to "multiple shootings in the Bay Area," the agency said.

November 22, 2019 The ATF didn't release information about where the arrests took place or identify the suspects and the charges they face. The Contra Costa County sheriff's office, which is the lead agency in the investigation, is expected to provide details Friday afternoon, the ATF said.
Five suspects had been arrested last week. But the district attorney's office declined to file charges against four who were subsequently set free.
As part of the announcement, the ATF said there is a $20,000 reward for anyone with information that leads to a conviction in the case.
