Social movements converged Sunday afternoon in San Francisco in the name of civil rights and racial justice.

There may not be an official Pride Parade this year, but that didn’t stop a group of friends from putting together a Black Lives Matter-inspired protest and march at Dolores Park. Some long-time attendees of the Pride Parade believe the event had become corporate and has lost its core message of civil rights.

A variety of speakers and performers supported the issues of gay rights, Black rights and trans rights, proclaiming that all Black Lives Matter.

That's where protesters encountered a San Francisco Police support van, which they confronted and vandalized.
