Evacuation orders are being lifted and people are beginning to return home in Bay Area neighborhoods scarred by fire.

Officials are warning people to proceed with caution and to only return if orders and warnings for their neighborhood have been lifted.

Of course, not everyone is returning home just yet. Some homes near Windsor and Healdsburg remain threatened by the Walbridge Fire, many orders are still in place in the SCU Lightning Complex fires and 55,000 people are still under evacuation orders in the CZU Lightning Complex in the Santa Cruz Mountains.
