HEALDSBURG — At the Hotel Trio, your wish is a robot's command.
Guests who request a bucket of ice, an extra pillow or snack from the market will get to meet Rosé the robot.
The 4-feet-tall, lavender colored robot has been programmed to travel to any of the 161 suites carrying items to make guests more comfortable.
"I love the fact that she never complains. I love the fact that she works 24/7, no overtime, but I also love the fact that she delights guests and delivers things quickly," said General Manager Scott Satterfield.
