Man Rescued From Coyote Creek After 'Trespassing' At San Jose Homeless Camp

SAN JOSE — Fire crews rescued a man from San Jose's Coyote Creek after he fled from police following a complaint that he trespassed at a homeless encampment on Tuesday, authorities said. 


Video recorded by KCBS Radio shows that the man was taken away by ambulance afternoon. 

Police officials said that there had been a complaint about the man who arrived in the homeless settlement near the Los Lago Golf Course.
