
SAN FRANCISCO (KCBS RADIO) – One person is dead and another is injured following a shooting outside of Oakland City Hall Tuesday afternoon.

At around 2:15 p.m., two people were shot outside Oakland City Hall at 14th Street and Broadway during a council meeting.
One person died due to the gunfire while another was transported to a local hospital where he is currently undergoing surgery, police revealed, referring to the incident as the "fourth homicide in less than 24 hours."
The council meeting was stopped for a short time and then resumed once it was deemed safe.
14th Street has been closed between Broadway and Clay streets.
Two people were killed in a shooting at an Oakland mosque Monday night, while a third person died in a separate shooting.
