
SAN FRANCISCO (KCBS RADIO) – A two-alarm fire has displaced 25 people in San Francisco's Tenderloin neighborhood and injured one.

On Wednesday at 5:42 a.m., a fire erupted on the second floor of a four story building at Turk and Taylor streets.
The San Francisco Fire Department was able to contain the blaze at 6:16 a.m., but not before it caused damage to the upper floors, walls and ceiling of the building, fire officials reported.
One person was injured and 25 others were displaced. The Red Cross has stepped in to assist residents looking for a new place to live. The extent of the person's injuries is not yet known.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
