The vehicle caught fire Thursday afternoon on Interstate 280 in San Mateo County, according to a post by CAL FIRE on social media.
Firefighters were able to put out the flames where the van was located near the Edgewood Road exit.
No one was injured in the incident.
The cause of the fire has not yet been confirmed.
