After multiple postponements, BottleRock Napa has announced the 2021 festival will move from Memorial Day weekend to the first weekend in September.
It is now set for September 3-5, 2021.
The announcement comes as Napa County as well as most counties in California have been downgraded to the state's purple tier.
"We thank you for your patience and understanding, and can't wait to celebrate live music with you again," a news release Tuesday said.
Previous postponement announcements mentioned that headliners Red Hot Chili Peppers, Stevie Nicks and Dave Matthews Band would still be headlining. The latest mentions the full lineup for next year's festival will be coming in early 2021.
