SAN FRANCISCO (KCBS RADIO) – As the Colorado River continues to shrink, the Biden administration has put out a proposal to allot the water delivered to California, Arizona and Nevada.

The White House outlined three different plans, all of which would likely take a fair amount of compromise by the three western states.
