Chef García is having a very good year, a very good year indeed. He maintained his Michelin star, earned for Auro at Four Seasons, Calistoga. His debut book, CONVIVIR, was recently released. It’s a personal book about his culinary journey from humble beginnings in Napa to the dizzy heights of Michelin stars and James Beard Awards.
Chef García is the featured Chef at the inaugural Vines, Views & Vibes Rooftop experience at Archer Hotel, Napa on Sunday November 3.
Enjoy my tasty talk with Chef Rogelio Garcia of Michelin starred Auro. Chef took a few minutes with me to discuss his book, his Michelin star at Auro and this rather cool upcoming Napa event, where I will be emcee. This event will be benefitting the V Foundation.
