Contra Costa County police seek missing at-risk teenager

Contra Costa County Sheriff's Office is turning to the public for help finding an at-risk teenager who went missing Thursday night.

Kendall Gipson, 15, was last seen at around 11:30 p.m. last night near his home in the San Pablo Bayview neighborhood, police reported Friday morning.

He is 5 feet 5 inches tall, 110 pounds and has short black hair and brown eyes.

Gipson was last wearing a gray sweatshirt, blue sweatpants and blue shoes. He may have been spotted near the Pinole Vista Shopping Center Friday morning, but police have yet to confirm this information.

Officials said Gipson may be in the Bayview neighborhood and urged the importance of locating him, as he is considered at-risk.
