Theater fans hoping to see Hamilton during its return to San Francisco will need to show proof of a COVID-19 vaccination.
BroadwaySF, the commercial theatrical production company that manages shows at the Orpheum and Golden Gate Theatres, updated it’s COVID-19 policy this week.
"All ticket holders, regardless of age, are required to show full proof of a COVID-19 vaccination or a negative test results from a PCR test for entry into the Orpheum Theatre," the company said in the statement.
Broadway fans must receive their final dose of the COVID-19 vaccine 14 days before the show to qualify as "fully vaccinated."
Patrons under the age of 12 must show a negative PCR test while children under five-years-old will not be admitted.
