A fire erupted Sunday night on the top floor of an apartment building in San Francisco's Nob Hill, leaving at least one person injured, according to the San Francisco Fire Department.
At 8:39 p.m., the department tweeted that fire officials were responding to a two-alarm fire breaking out at the top floor of a four-story apartment building at 1451 Larkin St.
Multiple photos of the fire were posted, showing smoke and flames billowing out of the windows.
An hour after the first post, the department tweeted that the fire was under control and at least one person had sustained injuries.
Medical personnel on the scene treated the victim, who is reportedly in stable condition, according to the department's tweets.
The cause of the fire has not yet been released.
