“I've always called this kitchen our kitchen stadium. And in this era of DoorDash, where people are eating from their couches, to come out and be entertained is something. See the live fire, see your steak being prepared, seeing all of that activity, the bartenders at our twenty four seat bar. You don't get that from your couch, right?” says Chef Ryan.
