Three illegal East Bay gun dealers have pleaded guilty to federal weapons trafficking charges for selling nearly 100 firearms, 30 of which were purchased in undercover transactions.

United States Attorney Stephanie M. Hinds told KPIX Troy Elias Walker, David Michael Rembert, and Daljit Kamal Singh admitted to a single count of conspiracy to sell and buy guns without a license.
The Justice Department's Cross-Jurisdictional Firearms Trafficking Strike Force is operating an investigation in the Bay Area following the guilty pleas.
The three men were indicted on August 10 and arrested on August 12, 2021, KPIX reported.
Prosecutors reported to the news station that undercover law enforcement agents bought 17 machinegun conversion switches designed for pistols and 13 other firearms over multiple deals in Concord. The purchases of the firearms were commercially manufactured firearms and "ghost guns."
According to the station, all three men had to describe the transactions of illegal firearms sales as part of their plea agreement including, the timeline, the prices and to who they sold it.
The men face a maximum sentence of five years in prison and a maximum fine of $250,000, the news station said.
