
Multiple crews, including air transport from the California Highway Patrol, rescued an injured hiker at a remote location in Napa County on Sunday.

The CHP, along with teams from the CalFire/Napa County Fire Department and paramedics in the "evening" responded to reports of an injured hiker near the Rector Reservoir - approximately two miles northeast of Yountville - according to a facebook post.

Crews found the hiker on a "difficult to access trail" and transported them in a helicopter to the Queen of the Valley Hospital in Napa.
No other information, including the condition of the hiker, was available.
