His sense of humor and ability to bring people together were among his most special qualities. Mitch would commonly host parties and would encourage his guests to participate in games, from Jenga to Foosball to Checkers and Go Fish, providing fun prizes to winners of the night.

Mitch was a fanatical fantasy sports player, acting as the Commissioner of a fantasy football league that his father started in the early 80's. He also loved the Giants, 49ers and Warriors.

Most notably, Mitch loved his family — his wife Sandy, his daughters Heather and Ashley and his grandchildren. They were his first family, but his second were all of us, his friends, coworkers and listeners.

He was a light for all of us and we will miss him.
