CHEF INTERVIEW: Chef Rogelio García
“Having my cookbook out is a dream come true,” says Chef in his recently released CONVIVIR book.
Chef García is having a very good year, a very good year indeed. He maintained his Michelin starred status, earned for AURO at Four Seasons, Calistoga. His debut book was also just released. It’s a personal book about his culinary journey from humble beginnings in Napa to the dizzy heights of Michelin stars and James Beard Awards.
Enjoy my tasty talk with Chef Rogelio Garcia of Michelin starred AURO. Chef took a few minutes with me to discuss his role at V Foundation, wine celebration and his debut book.
CULTURE FEST: PISTAHAN FESTIVAL
