Chef and I met up recently to talk about the Healdsburg Wine & Food Experience. This four-day celebration started on May 15 and ends on May 18. This event features the best of world-renowned food and wines and highlights the “Makers Behind the Magic.” The festival showcases the region’s makers – farmers, growers, winemakers, and chefs – alongside globally recognized wines from other great wine regions of the world. Healdsburg Wine and Food Experience highlights vibrant culinary diversity, sustainable farming practices and a deep connection to agriculture, through tastings.
