FOODIE INTERVIEW: CHEF MARK DOMMEN AND WINE DIRECTOR TONYA PITTS OF ONE MARKET
Chef Mark Dommen, Executive Chef at One Market Restaurant in San Francisco, is inviting you to join him for Thanksgiving. For years it's been a holiday tradition at the restaurant. "The family loves it. The food and vibe is great. The best part for many is that we handle the cooking and the clean up. You just show up," says Chef Mark.
This gourmet turkey day menu is a steal at $79 per person and includes:
Caramelized Pear & Arugula Salad: Point Reyes blue cheese, candied walnuts, fennel, champagne vinaigrette
Roasted Diestel Turkey: cornbread-sausage stuffing, root vegetables, shallot thyme gravy, vegetarian stuffing option available - choose when ordering
Pumpkin Tart: brown sugar caramel, sour cream ice cream
You may order Thanksgiving to go for your home holiday feast - reheating instructions included. Sauces and dressing arrive in separate containers. Wine Director Tonya Pitts has your yummy Thanksgiving wines selected and provides tastier notes for the to go diners.
