There is one thing we can do in times of a crisis like the devastating one happening now in Los Angeles and that’s give back.
Per the Los Angeles Fire Department they don’t need or indeed want people showing up with food stuff or clothes. Instead they (Los Angeles Fire Department) recommend giving to non profits they support. I have included a few reputable non profits of my choosing too.
Our Los Angeles brothers and sisters need your love, prayers and financial donations. Please give what you can. American Red Cross has the biggest coordinated effort of boots and support on the ground.
To the Chefs like Jose Andres with World Central Kitchen feeding families, firefighters, and those taking care of displaced restaurant and hospitality workers. Thank you.
