Magnitude 3.6 earthquake shakes San Jose

A small earthquake rattled East San Jose early Thursday.

The U.S. Geological Survey says the magnitude 3.6 earthquake struck at 5:15 a.m. The quake was centered about five miles east of Alum Rock.


There were no reports of any damage or other problems.
