
SAN FRANCISCO (KCBS RADIO) – A magnitude 4.3 earthquake struck in Southern California on Thursday morning.

The center of the quake originated in the Mojave Desert, according to the United States Geological Survey's earthquake tracker.
It hit at around 2:30 in the morning and rippled out to areas like Bakersfield and Los Angeles. At least 268 people reported feeling the quake, according to the earthquake tracker.
The earthquake occurred at a depth of about three miles.
