The hotel integrates a sustainable design by using "reclaimed redwood from the original San Francisco Bay Bridge" on elevator landings and various corridors, the release said. In their lobby shop, they showcase different local makers like Vintner's Daughter, Melanie Abrantes Designs and the Foggy Dog.

The restaurant, Terrene, will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner with Mediterranean flavors. It offers shareable plates with fresh local ingredients.
