
SAN FRANCISCO (KCBS RADIO) – The Novato Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating a man who has been missing since he went out for a jog Monday morning.

Police said 32-year-old Mark Bretan left his home at around 9:30 a.m. on Monday without his phone to go for a jog on Claire Court toward Highland Drive.
Breton is at risk because he suffers from mental health issues. He stands five feet and six inches tall with brown hair and brown eyes and was wearing black sweatpants, running shoes and a colorful headband at the time of his disappearance. His shirt color is unknown.
Police are seeking the assistance of anyone who regularly walks or jogs the trails in Novato. Police are also asking residents of the Highland Drive and Claire Court area to check their surveillance cameras for any footage of Bretan on Monday around 9:30 a.m.
