Reanos-Moreno served a critical role in a large network of street-level drug dealers who sold drugs in the Tenderloin neighborhood of San Francisco.

The operation was made up of several dealers who were housed by Reanos-Merono in rented apartments and houses in Oakland and then traveled into San Francisco to sell drugs, also provided by Reanos-Moreno.

The network was up and running through at least January 15, 2019, to July 31, 2019. Reanos-Moreno supplied heroin, methamphetamine, cocaine, and cocaine to the dealers in an exclusive sort of agreement. The drugs reportedly came from Southern California.

Reanos-Moreno's dealers were undocumented and he threatened them with his knowledge of immigration laws if they weren't meeting his quotas.

On August 1, 2019, Reanos-Moreno was charged with conspiracy to distribute controlled substances, and was subsequently indicted by a federal grand jury for the same charge.

He pled guilty on November 10, 2021. Along with prison time, he is also required to serve 48 months of supervised release and forfeit over $25,000 seized from his home at the time of the arrest.
