OAKLAND (KCBS RADIO) – Police are investigating an incident involving a couple allegedly performing a sex act while in the stands during an Oakland Athletics game over the weekend.

A video circulating on Twitter showed the couple sitting alone high up in the Oakland Coliseum's left field stands, appearing to engage in oral sex during the A's game against the Seattle Mariners on Sunday afternoon.
TMZ Sports first reported on the incident, and police department officials told the outlet that they were not alerted until after the game.
Candace Keas, a police spokesperson, told KRON that the couple hasn't been identified. The A's didn't capture any footage of the incident, according to the department.
The couple couple could face up to six years in jail and a $1,000 fine if convicted of engaging in public lewd conduct.
