A man was killed due to what authorities believe was a fatal hit-and-run in Antioch early Monday morning.

Police said they received a call at 12:13 a.m. from a citizen who reported finding a male down in the middle of the street on the 1200 block of Sunset Drive.
Officers arrived on the scene and attempted to apply life saving measures but he was ultimately pronounced dead.
Officials said a preliminary investigation indicated that the victim was struck by a vehicle and killed. The suspect remains at-large.
No other information was available, including a description about the suspect or the vehicle.
