San Jose police on Monday released footage of a car they say was used by three suspects – one of whom allegedly shot and killed a man – in a three-year-old cold case.
Khan Lieu was killed in his Misty Glen Court on the afternoon of June 21, 2018. A nearby home security camera filmed a black Lexus E350, which police believe might have a 2012 model year, parking near Lieu's San Jose home that same day.

Three men are seen leaving the Lexus in the footage, and the San Jose Police Department said the trio "forcibly" entered Lieu’s home.
The department alleged the driver shot and killed Lieu with a handgun before fleeing in the Lexus alongside two other suspects.
Security footage released by the department showed the suspects parking around 1:23 p.m., returning to the car and leaving within a minute of their arrival.
San Jose police said anyone with information can call (408) 277-5283, email 2989@sanjoseca.gov or reach the department’s anonymous tip line.
