
San Francisco police are searching for a man who robbed a bank at the Stonestown Galleria shopping mall late Wednesday morning, authorities told KPIX on Thursday morning.

A robbery was reported at 11:44 a.m. in the 500 block of Buckingham Way, police told the outlet. A man, believed to be in his 40s, entered a Wells Fargo bank and handed the teller a note demanding money.
The teller handed the suspect cash, police said, and he then fled the scene. Police continued to look for him Thursday morning, but the suspect remains at large.
The San Francisco Police Department is asking anyone with information regarding the case to call 415-575-4444. They can also text TIP411 and include "SFPD" at the start of the message.
