Police arrested three alleged gang members last week in San Jose for a "multitude" of violent felonies stemming from a series of crimes in February.
Twenty-two-year-old Omar Harris Tabora, 19-year-old Christopher Rosales and 23-year-old Nelson Vargas were booked into Santa Clara County Main Jail on August 3 for carjacking, armed robbery, burglary, and weapons possession, authorities said.
Police used a coordinated operation to find the "dangerous individuals", utilizing numerous search warrants and arrest warrants throughout San Jose.
Officers found illegally possessed firearms, equipment used to manufacture and assemble firearms (often referred to as ghost guns), illegal high-capacity magazines, a ballistic vest, narcotics and stolen property.
Authorities said the three suspects are part of an active street gang that has been linked to at least 10 violent crimes.
