SAN FRANCISCO (KCBS RADIO) – Less than a week after leading the Golden State Warriors to their fourth NBA Championship in eight years, Stephen Curry is right back on the court swishing three pointers in the Bay Area - only this time instead of at Chase Center, he's draining them at California's Great America.

The 2022 NBA Finals MVP was spotted enjoying an outing at the popular Santa Clara amusement park on Wednesday, both riding roller coasters with his children, and, yes, even trying his luck at the popular three-point shot challenge.

The game had slightly lower stakes than the last basketball competition Curry competed in.

The two-time NBA 3-Point Contest winner went 5-for-12 in Great America’s version of the event. Curry, who has hit as many as 105 straight threes during Warriors’ practice and is widely considered the greatest basketball shooter of all-time, poked fun at the disappointing results – for him at least – with a jab at the quality of the amusement park’s rims.

"Something wrong with those rims! @cagreatamerica," Curry wrote in an Instagram comment.

The theme park trip was the latest activity in what’s been a busy week of celebration for Curry, who is fresh-off guiding the Warriors' to their Finals-clinching win over the Boston Celtics last Thursday. The two-time MVP has been spotted partying seemingly non-stop throughout the Bay Area in the days since, including at the parade on Monday.
