Following a seven-month investigation, a Vallejo man was arrested on Thursday in connection with an alleged road rage shooting, officials reported.
The Napa County Sheriff’s Office arrested 27-year-old Frank Devante Stephenson on Aug. 12 on suspicion of attempted murder after investigators recovered a firearm forensically confirmed to have been used in the road rage incident.
On January 21, Stephenson allegedly shot into another driver’s car while driving down Devlin Rd. The victim survived, but suffered significant injuries.
Two weeks later on February 4, Stephenson was involved in a second road rage incident in American Canyon where he allegedly pointed a gun at another driver, officials said.
Stephenson was booked at the Napa County Department of Corrections.
