SAN FRANCISCO (KCBS RADIO) – Some Republican leaders are starting to worry that the abortion debate has confined the party to an absolutist position, pushing out those wishing to compromise and potentially hurting the GOP's chances come election season.

This comes after a judge on Friday ruled to invalidate the FDA's approval of a popular abortion pill, showing that a nationwide ban is still on the conservative agenda.
