Dead body found at Kenosha elementary school

A dead body was found on the property of Nash Elementary School in Kenosha, Wisconsin and police are now investigating the incident.

Kenosha Police were called at around 2 a.m. on Tuesday and said the the body of an adult was found near 68th Street and 98th Avenue.

Nash Elementary School will be virtual on Tuesday because of the investigation.

The body was found by an officer on patrol. Police said the victim did not appear to have any relationship with the school or any students.

The victim's name has not been released, but Kenosha Police confirmed the death appeared to be a suicide.
