NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — CNN has fired Don Lemon after nearly 20 years with the network, he announced on Monday.
Lemon, 57, said in a statement that he was informed by his agent that he was being fired.
"I am stunned," the now-former CNN Mornings anchor wrote. "After 17 years at CNN, I would have thought someone in management would have had the decency to tell me directly."
