Jay Leno recently suffered a broken wrist and a swollen eye after falling 60 feet down a hill while on his way to dinner.

Despite his injuries, he still performed his scheduled show before seeking medical attention.

This incident adds to a series of accidents for Leno, including severe burns from a gasoline fire in 2022 and multiple broken bones from a motorcycle crash in early 2023.

In his personal life, it was revealed this spring that his wife Mavis has advanced dementia and sometimes can't recognize him. Leno sought a conservatorship at the time, with his lawyer telling the court "the comedian "loves his wife very much and waited to bring this matter out of respect to her." He added that Leno is a nice man and treats Mavis like gold.

Leno's resilience and dedication to his work are evident in this video, even as he jokes about his misfortunes.

His fans say they continue to admire his humor and perseverance through these tough times.
