SAN FRANCISCO (KCBS RADIO) – According to a report, Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi's husband Paul Pelosi has been arrested on DUI charges.

TMZ obtained the police report detailing Paul Pelosi's arrest just before midnight on Saturday in Napa County.
Pelosi was booked into jail and charged with driving under the influence and driving with a blood alcohol content level of 0.08 or higher.
The speaker's husband was booked at 4:13 a.m. and released at 7:26 a.m., according to the online records, the New York Post reported.
His bail was set at $5,000. Nancy Pelosi, the Speaker of the House, has not yet acknowledged the arrest.
