Raising Cane’s rallied its corporate employees to lend their hands at its fast-food restaurants.

As the restaurant chain faces a shortage of workers, half of its corporate employees will step in as fry cooks and cashiers at short-staffed locations, Bloomberg reported.

In addition to working in the restaurants, the staffers will also help recruit more employees. The company said the group with the newest hires will receive a reward.

It comes as the Louisiana-based company attempts to hire at least 10,000 new restaurant workers in the next 50 days. Currently, the company has 40,000 workers systemwide.

“It’s no secret that today’s hiring market is a challenge,” said co-Chief Executive Officer AJ Kumaran in a statement. “Ahead of our massive growth next year, having the support we need is critical.”
