Tiger Woods expressed thanks in a tweet Tuesday for the support and encouragement he has received since his February crash in Rolling Hills Estates.
"Happy to report I am back home and continuing my recovery. I am so grateful for the outpouring of support and encouragement that I have received over the past few weeks. Thank you to the incredible surgeons, doctors, nurses and staff at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center and Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. You have all taken such great care of me and I cannot thank you enough. I will be recovering at home and working on getting stronger every day," he wrote on Twitter Tuesday.
Woods was involved in an accidentin February that included two leg fractures and a shattered ankle.
LA County Sheriff Alex Villanueva said he does not expect any legal action against the legendary golfer.
Villanueva has said there is no evidence that Woods was impaired.
Woods was treated at both of the hospitals for his injuries.
